Micro-emulsion cutting fluid belongs to semi-synthetic type. Base oil disperses in water as tiny particles, and the diluted liquid is translucent. It has better lubrication than fully synthetic fluid, with good cooling and cleaning performance. It reduces tool wear and improves workpiece finish. It features good rust protection and hard water stability, resistant to spoilage. Low foam, suitable for high-pressure supply systems. Dilute with water. Widely used for turning, milling and drilling of carbon steel, cast iron and aluminum alloy.
