Detailed product description
Slide way oil is a special lubricant for machine tool guide rails, used for lathes, milling machines, grinders and other processing equipment. It is formulated with refined base oil and additives of anti-wear, anti-stick slip, anti-rust and anti-emulsification. With strong adhesion, it forms stable oil film on sliding surfaces to eliminate crawling and jitter at low feed speed and improve machining accuracy. It reduces friction and wear of guide rails and slides to extend service life. It has great demulsibility and will not easily fail when mixed with cutting fluid. Good oxidation resistance prevents oil deterioration. It offers anti-rust protection during equipment shutdown. Available in 32#, 46#, 68# grades for precision machine tools to reduce breakdowns and maintenance cost.
